On Thursday 19th November, IPMC with NComputing, hosted its customers at the Holiday Inn Hotel for a breakfast meeting. The meeting was to showcase the new technology from NComputing of efficiently sharing one PC with many users. Participants from major companies including Government Agencies and the Education Sector were there.
The vice president of NComputing, Sales for Africa region and the Middle East, Mr. Frank Coggrave, explained in his presentation on how NComputing allows multiple users to share a single computer – all at the same time, and at revolutionary low cost. “The average person uses less than 5% of the capacity of their PC. The rest is wasted. NComputing taps into the other 95% so that multiple users can simultaneously share a single PC” he said.
Experienced technicians from IPMC demonstrated to participants on how the technology works and how they can effectively utilize the product without any hitches.
NComputing drastically reduces the cost of computing by allowing multiple users to simultaneously share a single computer.
